Steve & Alyson live in Chicago, they had booked me for their wedding before actually meeting me, that can be a little nerve racking for everyone. But, a few months before the wedding they were on the east coast and we were able to get together for coffee, turned out we clicked immediately and knew we were a great fit. Fast forward to the wedding, a day when people are completely entitled to be a little selfish, they made clear again what great people they are. Alyson was offering to help carry gear, in her wedding dress, on a 90 degree August day. They made us (not asked us, made us) takes break to get water. I am incredibly fortunate to get to shoot the weddings of such wonderful people.
